How to Save and Share Observer Corps Google Reporting Form

The form used is accessed from the Observer Corps page.

1. Fill in the form with information from the meeting.
2. If you see the message Google Sign-In Required, click on Learn More and you can choose to proceed without signing in.
   
3.  Do not click submit! You need to save the form first.
4. Either Export as PDF or Save as PDF.  (Alternatively, start to PRINT the page, then from there Save as a PDF (Chrome and Firefox browser users, and others.)
   
5. Now you can Click on Submit on the bottom of the original form where it will then be stored in a spreadsheet under leadership section of the website.
6. When ready to share with your team send to relevant google groups.
7. For Commissioner Court reports, send to hays-lwv-central@googlegroups.com. (Hays LWV Central) The form will then be shared with all members of Hays County.
8. For local governmental team reports, send to your own google team and CC to Hays LWV Central (see email links below).
   

To Save as PDF on an iPad or iPhone

1. Fill in the form. 
2. Do not submit yet.
3. Click on the share icon.
4. Click on options. 
5. Choose PDF 
6. Send by email to relevant groups.
7. Click submit on the original form.
